FAQ About MIMOSA HOSTILIS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


HOW CAN I PLACE  AN  ORDER?


- All orders are processed by email. You might CONTACT US in order to buy mimosa hostilis / mimosa tenuiflora.

- Phone orders are not taken at the moment, as we can misunderstand critical details such as delivery address or payment information.



HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?


- We currently accept all major Cryptocoins for any amount. You can buy Cryptocoins by using local bank transfer, credit cards, checks, cash an many other mathods. It is as secure as a local bank transfer, but with very low fees and much faster.

Once you have purchased your digicoin / cryptocoin (such as Bitcoint, Ethereun, Tether or any other, for example), you just have to transfer the amount of conrresponding to your order to us, and your purchase is paid. Then, you just have to provide delivery information, so we can ship your order ASAP.


- Wire, International Bank Transfer (SWIFT/BIC/iban) is also a possible way for payment, However, this method is more appropriate for larger payments, above $ 1000, because there is some silly fees in our side, therefore, bank transfers do not fit for small payments.



WHAT ABOUT THE SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME?


- Standard International Shipment (trackable, with insurance against loss or damage) is already included in the displayed prices. Delivery time is 15-22 days, depending on the destination.

- For additional $ 100 USD (for each 25Kg box) we can ship by EMS COurier with a smaller delivery time (7-15 days). However, not all the countries are accepting EMS or committing to deadlines due to the pandemic situation. Also, the delivery deadlines do not count Customs' clearance.



DO YOU SHIP BY DHL OR FEDEX?


- Not at the moment, as such compannies closed their offices in our region because of the pandemic. For large purchases, we can try to ship the goods to a Courier collection office in another region, however the incoterm in this case is "Ex Works", ie shipping costs (except internal transport to the collection office) will be exclusively on buyer's expenses.


- We can ship Sea Freight on orders starting at 250Kg. In such cases, the customer must have a business license for importation, plus an Import Permit for the plant in question OR a letter signed by the Customs of your country, in which they declare that the Import Permit in unecessary. Please contact us to discuss this option by email prior anything. We will provide helpfull tips.



CAN YOU ISSUE A PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE? 


- We need to clarify that the Phytosanitary Certificate is a government document destined for food products only. So it doesn't apply to our products at all, as they are not intended for human or animal consumption (they are not "food"). So no, we can't have such document on shipments.

BUT:

- We can send a COA (Certificate Of Analysis) for Customs' clearance, in the case of large orders.

- Mailing orders do not need the COA, as the packages are already professionally labeled, sealed and explicitly identified for non-consumption, but for dyeing purposes.

- We will process and pack our products in a way that it will not fall into quarantine rules, so you don't have to worry about that.



CAN YOU ENSURE THE DELIVERY?


- The delivery is on the responsibility of third parties such as Post Office, EMS Courier or Cargo companies.

- However we'll do our best to accomplish the task. We will adjust papers, labels, bags, names, packages, and we will follow any customers' instructions by the shipping.

- Our delivery rate is around ~98% of success to entire world. Rarely we lose packages, mostly due to customers which use false names, addresses or contact info, so the Customs cannot contact them for the clearance or to sign the receipt / release.

  

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS SEIZED BY THE CUSTOMS?


- Mailing insurance does not cover the seizure of goods by Customs. Even so, we accept to reship upon the payment of the most basic expenses, such as shipping costs and taxes.



WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE TRANSPORTATION?


- In the case of damage or loss, we will receive a compensation/insurance from the transportation company. In such case, we will reship your order entirely for free, as many times as necessary until you receive what you purchased in perfect conditions. Just please be patience in this case, as it will represent unavoidable delays.


 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO THE SENDER?


- If the return is caused by the customer's fault, like provinding a wrong address or unclaiming the goods in due time, we can reship your order upon the payment of the new handling and shipping costs.


- But if the fault is ours, we'll reship for free and asap.


  

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?


- Once the products are sold, we pay taxes, freight, packages, third-party services, and write off inventory. There is no way to undo such deals. However we will try to find a solution that is fine for both parts. Reshipping is the most usual, but a partial refund is also possible in the case you return the goods to us.



CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE CONSUMED?


- Despite our products are not dangerous and is often used to produce diatary and healthy suplements, we sell only the raw product, so, in this form, it is not intendend for human or animal consumption.

Also, be carefull for pets and children. The Mimosa powder can hurt your eyes or irritate your airways if inhaled. If something like this happens, but the symptoms are mild, wash it off with plenty of water untill you feel fine. But if the symptoms persist or are severe, you must seek medical help immediately.



 WHERE IS YOUR FARM AND BUSINESS LOCATED?


- The store is online, so we operate worldwide. But we are licensed as a legit company in Brazil. Our farm is also located in Brazil, in which we produce most of our products. We also rent collection services from neighboring farms and cooperatives when we need to attend to bigger demands.



IS YOUR COMPANY ECO-FRIENDLY?


- Sure. Our production is sustainable. When we remove plants from an area, we reseed/reforest and let that area rest and grow new plants for at least 5 years before we get back on it. We don't use pesticide or things like this in our farm. Our packages are recyclable, and we do not generate any kind of waste or pollutants.



WHAT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF YOUR GOODS?


- Generally we offer the highest quality products. However, sometimes we offer promotions of older stocks or B quality for lower prices. We are always clear about the situation of the stock you are buying.


- All our products are professionally tested before being offered for sale. Upon request, we can present a COA (Certificate Of Analysis) signed by a pharmacist for any of our batches.
